Drop off and pick up for all camps is at GVES. 

-Camp hours are from 9 am to 3 pm
-Half-Day is 9:00-12:30
Half Day Campers eat lunch at camp!!!

-Extended Care is available from 7am to 9am  and 3 pm to 5 pm

-Doors open 15 minutes before announced start time.

-Pick up is expected within 15 minutes of announced end time.

-Counselor/camper ratio is 8-1 made up of adults, college and high school students.

-We ask that balances be paid on first day of camp.

-Please have your child sign in each day in gym/café lobby of GVES.

-Please bring in a note if your child needs to leave early or will be going home with someone else.

-Please sign out in gym/cafe lobby if your child is half-day or leaving for another reason.

-Snack bar: pizza, fruit, snacks, water, soda, pretzels, hot dogs, etc
Campers do not need to carry money with them - set up an account at registration
    
Pick up and drop off guidelines are the same as school guidelines.  Safety is paramount and patience is part of safety.  We ask that you do not leave your car in line to pick up your child.  We also request that you do not form two lining pick up. It holds up everyone else and just like many people they have a schedule to keep.  You can park in the parking lots, walk in to release your child, or wait patiently in line.
